TLRS SOLENT AREA GROUP

SOLENT

The Solent Area Group Covers the Portsmouth/Southampton conurbation, and the surrounding areas including parts of Dorset, Hampshire, and West Sussex.

The group meets on the third Monday of the month at the Wickham Community Centre, near Wickham Square, just off the A32. Meetings consist of modelling evenings, or guest speakers and/or slide shows. Visitors are always welcome.

Currently the group have two club layouts available for use, one O gauge and one OO, and others under construction. Close links are maintained with the local Bus Preservation Society, and visits to transport related subjects are made.
