John Howe - Kingsway Models
John Howe offers a range of 4mm to the foot scale card kits of London bus garages. Some of these are suitable for tramway layouts as they were tram depots at one time. For example the kits include Fulwell depot (shown right), Reigate depot (though all bus it did hold the trams in the London Transport Museum collection for many years), Wood Green, Brixton Hill and London's only custom built trolleybus depot, Bexleyheath.
Also available is an intriguing operating bus tilt test shed that could make an interesting feature on a layout. For central London layouts there is a Leslie Green style underground station, a design that often had trams running past their entrances. The latest addition to the range is Ealing Common Underground Depot and while this may sound odd, the design is very similar to many tram depots around the country.
